Greek yogurt pancakes – made with Greek or any kind of non fat plain yogurt, egg whites, and 3/4 cup of oatmeal…

(It’d better if you grind the oat meal , so that the texture of the pancakes would be real smoothhhh)

Top off with Buckwheat Honey and any kind of fruit you’d like! YUMMMm!!!
